Shiny Electross Commission

Got commissioned by @TuuwArt to draw a Shiny Electross, this one was pretty fun!

Also, I as I mentioned the other day, commissions are closed for now because I wanna finish a few more personal projects for now. Look out for them being back up again in March though!
